THIS SIX MONTH PROGRAM INCLUDES
MONTHLY ONLINE LECTURE
Mark Oestreicher leads interactive teaching through modules on leadership, values, change, and other topics.
MONTHLY ONLINE LAB/COHORT SESSION
This group will become a safe place of honesty, and friends for life. Interactive and focused on application, processing, and growth with your cohort – a group of five to ten youth workers and one of our trained and experienced lead coaches.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS WITH YOUR LEAD COACH
Held via phone or Zoom, between cohort meetings these trained coaches will help you work toward your own growth goals. You’ll also have access to a private FB group for your coach and cohort.
