Mike Rhoades grew up in Nebraska where his family runs Timberlake Ranch Camps. He attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. Shortly after graduating Mike moved to Lincoln, NE where he took over as Program director for Timberlake and helped them launch two new camp facilities one in Kansas and another in Nebraska. Mike married his wife Nikki on a beach in Jamaica in 2008 and they now have two little rugrats, Liam and Aravis. Shortly after getting married, Mike and Nikki moved to Omaha, NE where he served as the worship leader at Relevant Community Church for two years. In 2011, he accepted a position as the Youth Pastor for Grace Chapel Community Church in Hermitage, PA, just outside of Pittsburgh. After a year of ministry, Grace Chapel elevated him to the role of Associate Pastor of Youth and Young Adults as he lead a growing youth ministry and launched the churches first multi-site campus. In 2015, feeling a desire to explore a shared heart for missions, Mike and Nikki moved their family to Minneapolis where they begin working with Praying Pelican Missions as the Marketing Manager. Mike is a leader, a pastor, and a communicator who is passionate about building up and launching missional churches.
