Youth Minister

Youth Minister – Heritage Church, Hattiesburg, MS

Job Summary:

  • The Youth Minister is responsible for the management and implementation of all youth programs, activities, and discipleship for 6th-12th grade youth
  • Equips parents and families in discipleship of youth
  • Plans and implements weekly youth ministry activities (Youth Group, D-Groups, Prayer Breakfast, Sunday School, etc.)
  • Plans and implements regular youth ministry events (The Awakening, The Great Heritage Adventure Summer Trip, BreakThru, etc.)
  • Protects the unity and culture of Heritage

EXPECTATION:

  • This is a full-time salaried position (40-50 hrs per week)
  • Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
  • The Youth Minister reports directly to the Senior Pastor
