Middle School Ministry Assistant

Faith Middle School is a growing, innovative ministry that serves our 5th-8th grade students in the Lehigh Valley. We are looking for a passionate person to take on the role of Faith Middle School Assistant.

The Faith Middle School Assistant collaborates with the 56 & 78 Ministry Coordinator to oversee and lead a team of volunteers and to help create an engaging environment on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. Creates and works on printed and social media communications.


      • Oversee check-in and First Impressions
      • Help recruit, schedule, and train a team of volunteers
      • Help with set up and be present for Sunday Mornings, Wednesday Nights and special events
      • Attends relevant meetings for Middle School Ministry teams
      • Creates publications and publicity for ministry events (postcards and flyers)
      • Coordinates our social media presence
      • Contributes to the team effort for special events

      • Bachelor’s degree or two-four years of related experience
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to lead and train a team of volunteers
      • Detail oriented and organizes efficiently
      • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or Apple iWork (Pages, Numbers, etc), Outlook, and aptitude to learn other software applications
