Working on a team to provide leadership to the high school Sunday night environment’s warm, creative, and purposeful atmosphere, the Faith High School Ministry Assistant will champion our vision to proclaim hope, produce disciples, and unleash servants within our high school ministry at Faith Church.

The High School Ministry Assistant works in cooperation with the High School Pastor to provide oversight, direction, and leadership to the high school environment’s setup, first impressions, and large group time.


  • Assists the High School Pastor to create warm, creative, and purposeful environments for high school students at Faith Church
  • Manages setup of the high school Sunday night environment
  • Recruits, trains, and leads the First Impressions team of adult and student leaders
  • Plans and oversees the creative elements of the Sunday night large group environment (welcome, games, and announcements, etc.)
  • Attends relevant meetings (i.e., Student Ministry Team meetings)
  • Oversees the high school social media platforms
  • Supports the student ministry team for special events as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years related work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and initiator
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or Apple iWork (Pages, Numbers, etc), Outlook, and aptitude to learn other software applications


15 hours per week
