The Center for Leadership Development of the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church is looking for someone to continue the development of an innovative Christian camping opportunity for urban sites in North Texas that serve communities that are not already being served by Bridgeport Camp and Conference Center or The Prothro Center at Lake Texoma. The goal is to implement a summer camping model that reaches these communities and provides opportunities to develop young and diverse leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the planning and execution of summer camp programs, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as, the ability to maintain current partnerships and create new ones. We are looking for someone who can develop these partnerships into relationships that extend beyond summer camp. They must also be committed to their spiritual growth and the spiritual growth of their campers.
