Director of Youth MInistry

Grace United Methodist Church (Grace Church) located in Perrysburg, Ohio seeks a full time Youth Ministry Director.

Grace Church is a growing church with over 800 members and a weekly (pre-COVID) worship attendance around 500 and about 40-50 Junior High and Senior High youth in weekly programming. Grace Church seeks an enthusiastic leader to join our staff team and oversee this ministry in an expanding community!

An applicant will ideally have some of the following training and/or experience: The primary two gifts we are looking for are: 1. A clear, strategic vision for discipling youth and 2. Proven experience in equipping a volunteer team to accomplish the vision. In addition, we want the next leader to engage in holy mischief and life-changing, messy relationships with teens and their families. Salary dependent on training and experience.
