First and foremost, the qualified candidate will love and pursue God passionately.
  • Love Students – (Mt. 19:13-14) Clichés notwithstanding, we truly believe our young people are our future as a church, and our most worthy possible investment. The qualified candidate will possess a genuine heart for, an insightful mind towards, and relational giftedness with junior- and senior-highers.
  • Love Ministry – (2 Tim. 2:1-2) Ministry is not a job, but a vocation; not one piece of a compartmentalized life, but a way of life itself. The qualified candidate will embrace this calling, demonstrating a heartfelt desire and cultivated competency for helping students come to understand the gospel and be discipled up in the faith.
  • Love Life – (Jn. 10:9-10) We want students to know that far from being restricting or dull, being a believer frees one up to experience newness of life, life to the fullest! The qualified candidate will exemplify an authentic zest for life, a contagious energy, and a joyful spirit.
