Director of Youth Ministries

Trenholm Road United Methodist Church in the capital city of Columbia, SC, is looking for a full time Director of Youth Ministries to oversee discipleship of students 6th-12th grade.                                          This individual should be a caring, dedicated leader, disciple of Christ and have a heart for youth, their parents and the church community.  The work can begin in December 2019 or January 2020.              Position is full time with Wednesday and Sunday evening youth gatherings.                                        Requirements are a college degree and experience in the field of youth ministry.                                          The Youth Ministry Director will provide the visionary leadership and oversight to the Youth Ministry program of Middle and High School as well as coordinate Wednesday and Sunday evening youth group activities and special events.  Pay and benefits will be commensurate with experience.                                    Submit your resume’ and cover letter to  Joel Jones, 3401Trenholm Road, Columbia, SC  29204 or joel@trumc.org
