When you purchase a downloadable product you have a few ways to download your purchase.
- Upon order completion, the store software will forward you to a page to see your order. There will be download links on this page, simply click on the link and the download will begin automatically.
- Your email receipt will have download links. You can click on the links directly in the email and save them as you would any other download.
- If you have a member account, all of your previous orders are stored on your My Account page. (Don’t have an account? Create one. It’s free and we can even link your previous orders to your account for you. Plus, next time you place an order we’ll already have all your info on file… makes everything easier.)
Common problem #1
“When I click on the link I get an error.”
Our downloads are delivered via Amazon.com’s servers. So if you see an error, like a bunch of weird lines of code, please let us know so we can fix it.
Common problem #2
“When I click on the link the store tells me I’ve exceeded my download limits.”
By default, each product can be downloaded 5 times. If for some reason you need to download it more than that, please let us know and we can add additional downloads to your order.
Common problem #3
“The zip file I’ve downloaded won’t open on my computer.”
Usually this happens because there was a problem with the download itself. Perhaps you have a slow internet connection and the download timed out or something like that.
Please try to download the file again. If that doesn’t work, please fill out the form below and we’ll be happy to send you an alternate download link.
Most common solution
Drop us an email and we’ll send you a direct link to the file on Dropbox. We don’t know why but this almost always solves the problem.
