Onramps: A Youth Ministry Coaching Program Cohort for Newer Youth Workers

The Youth Ministry Coaching Program is the oldest and most developed youth ministry development program on the block. After more than seven years, and 380 graduates and current participants, we've seen massive transformation in the individual lives of youth workers and the ministries they lead.Along the way we've become convinced that our full Youth Ministry Coaching Program is ideally suited for youth workers who've been around the block a few times.With that in mind, we've been dreaming of starting a modified program sweetened for the needs of rookie youth workers.

Announcing the Onramp Cohort

This innovative coaching program will provide the same safe and honest space as our full cohorts, but in a less expensive and travel-free online option, with a focus on skill development needed for those first few years in youth ministry.Each of these cohorts will have a maximum of eight participants, have six monthly meetings online lead by youth ministry veteran and Cartel partner Adam McLane as well as guest presenters. Additionally, participants will also receive three 1-on-1 coaching sessions with nationally certified youth ministry coaches and some other valuable perks.
