Youth Director

This is like your grandma's church... but different.
We are a small, multi-ethnic, multi-generational, multi-socioeconomic church, but growing, looking for someone to work 15-20 hours a week with our youth- a large, blossoming part of our congregation. Possible pay increase if also able to lead Sunday worship.
We are not just looking for a "hired" gun, but someone that wants to grow and develop as a part of a team of servant leaders.
Must like fun.
