If this resonates, you’ll want to consider an exciting opportunity in beautiful Seattle, Washington. Bethany Community Church, a large, vibrant, non-denominational, multi-site church is seeking an experienced, full-time children’s ministry director/pastor, with at least five years of demonstrated 

success in leading a vibrant children’s ministry in a larger church context. This position will serve at the Green Lake campus, the original and largest of the six sites. 

As a member of the family ministry team, you’ll be overseeing ministry for children, birth through 5th grade, supervising a nursery coordinator, and an early childhood coordinator, while providing direct ministry to elementary and preteens. Strong candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a ministry or related educational field, feel called and energized to serve children and families, love engaging with God’s Word, have demonstrated success in building volunteer teams, and possess a willingness to explore creative post-pandemic ministry models.
