Director of Ministries to Children, Youth & Families

At 1st UPC, our mission is, “Reaching Out to Nurture God’s People with the Good News of Christ’s Love!” We are an open and affirming PC(USA) church located in Bellefontaine, OH. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and faith-driven individual to help us shepherd the children and youth of our church. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. The Director of Children, Youth & Families (DCYFM) will provide vision and direction for 1st UPC faith formation and programing for children, youth, and their families. They will also develop and oversee new programing for children (possibly a midweek program). The DMCYF will work with pastoral and lay staff to foster an atmosphere in which spiritual growth from the nursery through high school is the highest goal.  The DMCYF will provide education, direction, nurture and support to volunteer teaching staff and other volunteers.

Hours per Week: 40, Full Time 

Compensation: $32 - 40K (Based on experience), plus benefits
