Associate Pastor of Youth

We are seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Youth passionate about helping students form resilient identities grounded in an intimate personal relationship with Jesus Christ so that they can distinguish between biblical truth and cultural lies in everyday life. This person will oversee the spiritual care, shepherding, and discipleship of 7th-12th grade students at Montgomery Evangelical Free Church (MEFC) in Belle Mead, New Jersey. MEFC is committed to being a conservative theological voice in a community that becomes more progressive ideologically every day. 

The Associate Pastor of Youth must have at least a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of ministry (paid, internships, or key volunteer roles). They will be highly relational and can build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and strategic community leaders. We hope to find an Associate Pastor ready to partner with the church staff, an elder board, and committed volunteers, who are all passionate about seeing the next generation radically transformed by the Gospel, to build a thriving youth ministry program.
