Job Description

Teen Challenge Southeast is hiring live-in Direct Care staff. These staff members are responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the teenagers enrolled in our residential programs. We work with teen girls and boys ages 12 - 17 in Christian Therapeutic Boarding School settings. If you are interested please email resume to adolescent.jobs@teenchallenge.cc.

What are we looking for?

A great candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about providing safety, nurture, and structure to teens so that they may hear the gospel and begin to heal from past trauma. This is a live-in position for single young energetic men and women who hold themselves to a high moral and professional standard. We are looking for individuals with a contagious positive attitude who are teachable and able to lead a group of teenagers.

Qualifications

We prefer some college or experience with teens. Good driving record. Clear Background check. We provide training in procedures, trauma informed care, CPI, First Aid and Safety.
