Camp Program Specialist

River Valley Ranch is looking for Program Specialists; this is a year round position that assists in planning, preparing, and executing RVR’s programs. Programs include Outdoor Education, Weekend Retreats, Programmed Retreats, and Summer Camp. This position will be responsible for providing a fun and safe environment for guests, leading team building activities, facilitating adventure activities, and assisting in projects or tasks to improve our programs. Program Specialists will work with varied groups that visit (Schools, Church Youth and Adult Groups, Corporate Groups, etc.)
