bio: Tash McGill has been involved in youth ministry for 15 years, working in local churches as a volunteer and vocational youth pastor. Tash has also served in regional events, as a speaker, program director and trainer with youth pastors. She is particularly passionate about helping youth workers to meet the needs of young people in transition to adulthood in an ever-changing environment, and believes that youth ministry is undergoing a slow but necessary revolution.
