A lifelong youth worker, Adam McLane is a Partner at The Youth Cartel. He is a purveyor, connoisseur, trader, and collector of ideas. In 2012, he co-authored A Parent’s Guide to Understanding Social Media and loves training parents and youth workers around the country about social media in the home.

Kristen and Adam have been married 16 years and live in the San Diego neighborhood of Rolando with their rowdy children, Megan, Paul, and Jackson.
